The comments and feedback I received were pretty surprising. Many people said different things from one another about how I did. Some people said that certain parts of my speech such as the anecdote stood out more than the rest. Some people said I didn’t have enough sufficient evidence, but some said I had them there. My eye contact could improve, even though other people said I maintained constant eye contact. A huge fact that they said about me was that I could be much more confident with my presentation and I could be more loud. That was basically one of the main statements my peers stated about me. Some people also said I made the speech too personal, but some said that made it more captivating. I like how a couple of students said my issue was original because that meant I didn’t pick something that could be known by everyone. That way I was the one to open that up to them. Overall I thought the peer evaluations were helpful because now I know what I can do in the future to improve my performance. I learned new techniques and strategies to get better.
